BOOKING

When you book your appointment, please check that you have selected the correct time zone. I am in MST, in Alberta Canada. All appointments are paid for at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice is required to cancel or change appointments. Any cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the full amount of the appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will take place during the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will still finish by the time indicated. You will be charged for the full appointment amount. For video appointments, please ensure you have downloaded Zoom and it works. If there are technical issues, we will find an alternate way to conduct the appointment. ALL communication between appointments is to be done via email.
