All client information is kept secure and confidential. I do not share your personal information with anyone else. Information is collected directly from you, the client. In accordance with Data Protection Legislation, I will ask for your consent to collect your information during our initial appointment.

All information is kept for 7 years, as required by my License to Practice. For children, I will keep their information for 7 years after their 18th birthday.

You may make any changes to your personal information kept on file at any appointment. Please notify me at that time.

All information is kept secure on my personal computer, which is locked with a passkey.

I currently use the online booking service tidycal.com, which means your name and contact details are stored on their secure server.
