I work with women in midlife who are going through perimenopause. They may experience hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, anxiety, mood swings, brain fog, aches and pains, weight gain, hair loss, heart palpitations, and more. Women who work with me have more energy and vitality, a clear mind, balanced moods, motivation, peace of mind and self-love.

I was experiencing nearly all of the above problems and worked with a Homeopath to support my whole system and bring ease back into my life. Additionally, I made many lifestyle changes around exercise, nutrition, mindset and toxic load. Now I feel more capable and content as I go through this transition, without the need for medications.

When we work together, appointments will be done via Zoom or in person. We will talk about all aspects of your life! I will identify homeopathic remedies to address chronic symptoms, and to support various body systems that may be affected. As well, we will discuss lifestyle changes that will help put your health back into your hands.

My approach

The mind-body connection is a very real thing. Too often we are caught up in patterned thinking that holds us back. Or we suppress our emotions and then hold them in our body. Changing how we think changes how we feel.

We live in an increasingly toxic world and this can have a significant impact on our digestive system, endocrine system and hormones. It is vital to identify and remove/modify these toxins from our lives.
